If I were in charge of local authority education services, I would put extra funding into schools to be used on inclusive projects, such as inclusion training for teachers and lessons on diversity.

If I were in charge of IT in schools I would ensure much more importance was placed on it as a subject, as I believe it is as much a part of the curriculum as maths, English or science.
